When you request a quote, we may collect the information provided in the form: name, company, email, phone number, product specifications, quantities, formats, materials, finishes, deadline, message and links to files you share with us.

Please do not send sensitive personal data or confidential information that is not necessary for us to prepare your quote.

We use this information only to assess your request, clarify details, prepare and send a quote or proposal, and communicate with you about it.

This processing is necessary for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. If an order follows, the necessary data may also be processed to perform the contract and meet applicable legal obligations.

4. Who we share data with

The form is processed by FormSubmit, which sends the message to Dupla Página’s email inbox. Data may also be accessed by technology providers strictly necessary for the operation of our email and website hosting.

We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Retention period

Quote requests that do not lead to further business are retained for no more than 12 months after the last communication, unless a different period is necessary to meet a legal obligation or defend a legal claim. Data related to an order may be retained for the legally applicable periods.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection to the processing of your data and, where applicable, data portability. Contact us using the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority.

7. Cookies, analytics and third-party services

We use Umami to obtain aggregated website statistics, such as pages visited, referral source, device and browser. This information helps us improve the website and is not used to build advertising profiles.

If you accept the preferences shown on the website, we store your choice locally in your browser together with an indication that you have seen the sustainability notice, so that it is not shown again for 30 days. If you choose to continue without saving, this indication is not retained after the page is closed or refreshed.
